A Taste of
For these nights we will be moving things closer to our
doorstep and putting together a menu of dishes which
reflects some of the best produce available to us from
within the county.
The set menu will consist of locally sourced delights from some of the following producers*
Brockhall farm artisan goats cheese from Chelmarsh
Dukeshill Shropshire black ham from Hortonwood, Telford
Hobsons beers and cider from Cleobury Mortimer
Great Berwick organic long horn beef, Shrewsbury
Mahorall farm cider from Nash
Mr Moyden’s hand made cheese from Market Drayton
Beers from the Ludlow Brewing Company
Pure Shropshire Honey from Church Stretton
Chiltern Damson Gin from Lydbury North
Tickmore Apple juice from Brimfield
Shropshire Smokery kiln dried salmon from Bings Heath, Shrewsbury
Middle Farm British Lop pork- rarest breed in UK from Betchcoft, Church Stretton

Wednesday - Saturday
11am till 3pm (last food orders at 2pm)
6:30pm till 11.30pm (last food orders at 9pm)
12am till 4.30pm (last food orders at 2.45pm)
