Comprising of a tasty simple three course meal
Arancini – Mozzarella and pesto risotto balls: peperonata salad
Butternut squash and smoked bacon soup; pistachio dukkah; chive cream
Salmon gravlax with sweet mustard dill sauce; beetroot salad
Cous cous with marinated feta, Madjool date and pomegranate, roast pumpkin and cacik
Free range chicken with strascinati pasta; tossed in a chicken reduction
with rosemary, olive oil, pine kernel and raisin
Cornish plaice with caper and shrimp butter; mash and ‘greens’
Crostata –a baked Italian tart with dark chocolate, hazelnuts and orange
Warm plum compote with stem ginger ice cream; soft meringue
Keen’s Cheddar with fruit and nut torta; pear

The menu for this evening –
Smoked haddock, bacon and sweetcorn chowder
Christmas spiced beef with potato,dill and horseradish salad
Crostini – olive oil drizzled toasts with mushroom ‘duxelle’, Blue Shropshire and onion confit
Salmon with watercress sauce; croquette potato with shrimp and chive
Pheasant supreme marinated with preserved lemon and yoghurt ; baked
With quince, pomegranate,roast cumin sweet potato; pistachio dukkah.
Roasted tomato and chickpea curry with coconut and coriander
Chocolate roularde with praline;preserved kumquat ; orange sorbet
Almond frangipane tart with mincemeat and apple; vanilla cream
Meringue with plum compote; stem ginger ice cream
