to start

A bowl of Trudy’s freshly baked bread

Crostinis of chicken liver parfait with duck confit and medlar jelly

Papa al pomodoro – a thick textured tomato soup with bread, olive oil and basil

Salt cod brandade with quails egg, croutons and roasted pepper

Twice baked smoked haddock souffle with chive cream sauce

-Savigni Salame-an exceptional artisan organic salami from the Tuscan border with Emila- Romagna

Served with a raw fennel and blood orange salad

Roast loin of local pork with apple sauce and parsley,lemon and apricot stuffing;

roast potatoes, carrots with lemon thyme; roasted red onion

An individual lamb moussaka, baked and layered in a tomato sauce with

a little cinnamon and aubergine; topped with a Feta and Parmesan set ‘ custard’;

served with a olive and green bean salad

Red mullet fillet, pan fried with a little Provencale vegetable ‘confit’ and sardine tart;

with garlic puree and braised fennel

Rosti potato topped with Swiss gruyere cheese and served on creamed leeks with mushrooms;

with rocket, slow roasted grelot onions and black grape

Soft meringue with rhubarb compote; stem ginger ice cream

Baked plum and almond sponge pudding with custard

Engadine tart with walnut and toffee; topped with raspberries
