Crostinis – olive oil drizzled croutes topped with ratatouille and pesto

Cream of mushroom soup with Madeira

A plate of Italian cured meats – Savigni salame with fennel; Capocollo- lean smoked Puglian salame and Prosciutto

served with a winter vegetable salad

Main course

Roast dry aged beef sirloin£3 supplement

with Yorkshire pudding and a red wine shallot sauce; roasted roosters and red onion ; hispi cabbage; carrot and swede mash

Slow roasted Middle White leg of pork, a rare breed from Huntsham Court farm in Herefordshire; cider and apple sauce. Courgette and herb stuffing; roasted roosters and parsnips with maple syrup; hispi cabbage; carrot & swede mash

Fillet of Shetland cod,steamed; herby olive oil mash

Served in a lobster sauce with roasted peppers and spinach

Green cous cous with courgette,pomegranate and Yellinson’s Yorkshire goats cheese; roasted butternut squash

Cinnamon parfait with plum pudding and rum custard

New Season’s rhubarb- poached and jelly with stem ginger ice cream and little meringues
