Aubergine soup with roasted pepper and crème fraiche

Crostinis – olive oil drizzled croutes topped with chicken liver parfait and slices of seared duck breast

Cumberland sauce

Salad of beetroot salmon gravlax with blood orange; sweet mustard – dill sauce; treacle soad bread

Puff pastry tart with onion confit, baby Serrats sardine and soft boiled egg; fennel salad; aiolli

Main courses

Roast dry aged local beef sirloin £3 supplement

with Yorkshire pudding and a red wine shallot sauce; roasted potatoes and red onion ; hispi cabbage; glazed lemon thyme carrots

Roasted Middle White loin of pork, a rare breed from Huntsham Court farm in Herefordshire; cider and apple sauce. Courgette and herb stuffing; roast potatoes and parsnips with maple syrup; hispi cabbage

Cornish plaice and salmon fillets, steamed; served with braised Puy lentils in meat stock

Little potatoes with smoked bacon lardons; beer mustard butter sauce

Gnochhi Romagna with tomato and olive sauce; roasted courgettes with pesto

Apple crumble with a almond crumble topping; vanilla custard

Chocolate ice cream with poached pears and financier
