Tuna Nicoise

Seared tuna fillet served in salad with tomato, green bean, roasted pepper, black olive & garlic mayo

Chicken liver parfait

A smooth pate topped with a Pedro Ximenez jelly ‘Legacy of Australia’; malted toast

Roast dry aged beef rump

Local beef with red wine shallot sauce and Yorkire pudding. Roast potatoes, glazed carrots with lemon thyme

Roast red onion, hispi cabbage and peas

Roast leg of lamb

Local lamb roasted with herbs and served with a red currant-Port Cumberland sauce

SpenwoodAnne Wigmore’s delightful hard ewes milk cheese from the Village Maid Dairy in Berkshire. Firm texture – fruity and mellow

Shropshire Bluestunning hand ladled cheese – rich, earthy and tangy from Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire. Fruit and biscuits.
