‘Languedoc’ Supper Evening March 12th


To start our first regional event we’ve decided to go this

Mediterranean province in France which lies between Basque and Provence.

The menu, hopefully, will add warmth,colour and soul to off set

the chilly late winter evenings in Broseley !

The meal,to start,will consist of a number of ‘sharing’ plates

followed by the infamous ‘Cassoulet’

Then some cheese …..

Followed by some dessert; again to share.

Specific wines, selected by Tanners will be available for matching with the food; or

alternatively you can choose whatever from our usual list including beers and cider;

as well as an interesting range of soft drinks.

The evening will commence at around 7-00pm

We’re anticipating an evening of relaxed informality and jovial banter coupled with good food and wine.
