5 hour steamed belly pork with ginger, soy and star anise; finished in a reduced sticky glaze with toasted sesame

authentic smooth rusty hued 'bisque' style Provencale fish soup

served with aiolli, croutes and Parmesan ; and a shot of pastis £9

Baked cod loin and salmon fillet served with a mussel, white wine ,shallot cream chive sauce

Highland Venison

Scottish haunch steak marinated with tracle and a little juniper; roasted and served with a poivrade sauce; red wine poached pear

Roasted potatoes, carrot and ginger puree; braised red cabbage £25
