Seared tuna fillet served in salad with tomato, green bean, roasted pepper, black olive & garlic mayo

Chicken liver parfait

A smooth pate topped with a Pedro Ximenez jelly 'Legacy of Australia'; malted toast

Peaches and buffalo mozzarella

served in a salad with tomato,basil and balsamic raspberrry crema


Roast dry aged beef rump

Local beef with red wine shallot sauce and Yorkire pudding. Roast potatoes, glazed carrots and summer cabbage

Caramelised red onion

the breast wrapped with blackcurrant sage and prosciutto ham; roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese

Pan fried mackerel fillets on chive mash ; grain mustard butter sauce
