A smooth pate topped with Pedro Ximenez jelly; baby watercress and gem salad; granary toast

Dong Po Pork

5 hour steamed belly pork with ginger, soy and star anise; finished in a reduced sticky glaze with toasted sesame

served with a ruby grapefruit and spring onion salad

Smoked haddock risotto

Arborio risotto with oak smoked haddock; Arlington poached egg

Served with red wine shallot sauce and Yorkshire pudding. Roast potatoes, carrrot and swede mash; hispi cabbage .
