Roast dry aged local beef sirloin with Yorkshire pudding

Red wine -shallot sauce; roast potatoes; carrot and swede mash; hispi cabbage

Springfield free range chicken with tomato- pistou sauce

fennel and olive tapenade salad

Steamed Skrei cod loin with shrimp and chive ‘beurre blanc’

little boiled potatoes with dill, wild asparagus and samphire

Gnocchi Romagna with roasted pumpkin, pesto

toasted seeds and goats curd

Chocolate mousse with praline

Bread and butter pudding with rum soaked sultanas; custard

Meringue roularde with flaked almond; passion fruit, blood orange and cream
