Nibbles and a bowl of Trudy’s freshly baked bread

Crispy duck salad

Terrine of lemon sole; mussel and clam veloute

Kedgeree ‘Scotch Egg’; chilli jam

Onion and blue Shropshire cheese tart; tomato and basil relish

-Roast dry aged local beef sirloin with Yorkshire pudding-

with red wine -shallot sauce; roast potatoes; carrot and swede mash; caramelised red onion

-Springfield Chicken-

Marinated breast with thyme,lemon and garlic; seared and served with a salad of kohlrabi and fennel with minted quinoa; soy and balsamic reduction

-Loch Duart salmon-

a baked fillet with shrimp butter sauce

‘greens’ ; potato – chive croquette

-Ratatouille and pistou pancakes-

black olive and green bean salad

Bread and butter pudding with rum soaked sultanas; custard


Baked almond and plum souffle pudding

Chocolate ganache tart with raspberries

A plate of local cheese with fruit; Trudy’s fruit and nut bread
