Roasted pepper soup with croutons and Torreon chorizo

Celeriac remoularde with baby spinach salad & crispy duck leg confit

Potted smoked mackerel with mascapone and dill; sweet pickled cucumber; toast

Roast dry aged beef sirloin with Yorkshire pudding; red wine and shallot sauce

Roast potatoes, glazed carrots with lemon thyme, caramelised onion

Hispi cabbage ‘gratin’ with Mr Moyden’s smoked Newport 1665 cheese


Local chicken, marinated with thyme, lemon and garlic; seared and served with Shropshire quinoa

Kohlrabi and fennel salad; babaghanoush; soy and balsamic reduction


Baked salmon with asparagus and blood orange; beurre blanc

Little potatoes cooked in chicken broth and chives


Date and courgette cous cous with roasted aubergine and sweet potato

Marinated feta and pomegranate

Baked almond-plum sponge pudding ; vanilla custard

Panna Cotta with Yorkshire rhubarb and strawberries

Chocolate roulade with raspberries and cream

Poached pear with toffee sauce and praline ice cream
