Prosciutto and mozzarella pesto ‘wraps’ with olive tapenade and pine kernals

A refreshing salad of pomegranate, orange, Wrekin white cheese and toasted seeds

Blue Shropshire and mushroom tart; pear and watercress salad

Roast loin of local pork with herb stuffing and apple sauce; roast potatoes, glazed carrots and sweet heart cabbage

Paella of chicken with fennel salad

Gnochhi Romagna with Parmesan and roasted pumpkin; sticky beetroot; tomato and basil sauce

Oak smoked haddock with creamed leeks and mustard mash; poached egg

Spotted dick with custard and lemon curd ice cream

Warm polenta-almond cake with passion fruit and blood orange; Skyr yoghurt

Meringue with rhubarb compote; stem ginger ice cream
