Whats on the lunch menu today –

Tomato and borlotti bean soup with pesto

Paella of chicken and chorizo ; fennel salad

Prosciutto and Buffalo mozzarella parcels, served warm; with tapenade and pine kernels

A ‘fishy hors d’oeuvres’- cured Cornish mackerel; Severn and Wye smoked salmon and sautéed scallop with garlic

Little crostini ‘toasts’ topped with creamy mushroom duxelles, Blue Shropshire and onion marmalade

Roast local belly pork with parsley and lemon stuffing; roast potatoes and parsnips; glazed carrots and apple sauce

A Moroccan style lamb tagine with apricot and prune; date, rose petal and courgette couscous

Deep fried haddock in beer batter with our chips and mushy peas

Leek and cheese tart with mixed salad; roast new potatoes with herbs and garlic

Jam roly poly with Broseley blackcurrants; custard

Orange and Grand Marnier parfait; Stem ginger and pistachio biscotti

Engadine tart with walnuts and caramel; plum compote

Meringue with Yorkshire rhubarb; lemon curd ice cream
