‘Return to Italy’
This will be held on June Friday 10th and June Thursday 30th ;
and the evening commences from around 7-00pm.
The word has got out about our up and coming supper evening in mid June and is nearly full – Friday June 10th.Please check if we still have availability for this date.
So to make it fair we are planning a second helping for all those who might still like to come . So Part two [ same or similar menu ] will be on – Thursday June 30th.
Both supper evenings start from around 7-00pm.
The meal will not be as lengthy as some in the past and will consist of the following –
Forccaccia – Pepper flake and rosemary olive oil bread
and nibbles of carpaccio of beef; Bella Di Cerignola olives
Fritto Misto – lightly deep fried calamari, prawn and market fish with lemon and sea salt
Ricotta al forno– Baked ricotta with eggs and herbs; Parmesan- almost a baked souffle !
Vignolini – a vegetable dish often found on menus of restaurants in Rome.
Broad bean, peas and artichokes with mint and Prosciutto;
served with a little slice of bruschetta
Anolini – Pasta shapes filled with with a tasty slow cooked filling of beef chuck,veal rump and Italian sausage . Served in meat broth
Dolchi – Strawberry -Prosecco jelly trifle and Passionfruit zabaglioni

Wednesday - Saturday
11am till 3pm (last food orders at 2pm)
6:30pm till 11.30pm (last food orders at 9pm)
12am till 4.30pm (last food orders at 2.45pm)
