Supper Evening ‘No 16 ‘ October 2016

Available over two nights in October

Thursday October 6th and Thursday 20th from 7-00pm

A Middle Eastern supper

A delicious foray of tastes and flavours from the

regions near the Southern and Eastern shores of the

Mediterranean sea.

The meal will comprise of mezze -a selection of

small sharing plates and dishes; followed by local

lamb which will be presented in three ways for this

special supper.

Mezze – expect the following to ‘set the scene…’ of

which some will go nicely with the lamb main course.

Dips,spreads Spicy tomato & pepper dip [Ezme] Crushed broad bean & quail egg

and purees Hummus Cacik

Raw and cured Sea bream with pomegranate juice & cumin

Pickled Pink turnip pickle Turmeric cauliflower pickle

Bread Pitta Lavoush

Baked and fried Carrot & butternut squash fritter Feta & spring onion bouikos

Cracked Bulgur wheat with apple, golden raisin and yoghurt

Salad Tomato and za’atar fatoush

Lamb Biryani                Spice-perfumed saddle with baba ganoush                     Sour cherry meat ball


Iced plum and vanilla tea served with

Pistachio,honey and orange blossom ice cream with cinnamon and citrus baklava pastry cigars £30 per person
