Supper Evening Menu ‘No 21’

A celebration of the food and

flavours of the Middle East

Available over two nights in November 2017

Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th

from 7-00pm

This menu will be a set menu interspersed

with little mezze taster mouthfuls some of which,

will be surprises on the night.

Eastern style forcaccia served with hummus and pistachio – feta dip

A mezze mouthful of pumpkin kibbeh stuffed with goats cheese and spinach

Spiced root vegetable cake with tamarind and date sauce

A mezze mouthful of prawn with sumac, coriander, lemon and garlic

Sea bream with grapes, cucumber and sheep’s yoghurt

A mezze mouthful of slow cooked ox cheek with quince and bay leaf

Pomegranate molasses chicken with ‘Kisir’ bulghar wheat salad

A mezze mouthful of poached apricot with walnut and clotted cream ; mint tea

Marzipan and almond cake with roasted plums
