This will be on the Thursday evening [11th February] prior to Valentine’s weekend and will consist of classic food pairings with a few unusual combinations to tantalise the taste buds – a sort of ‘marriages in heaven’.
The meal will consist of smaller courses and some ‘sharing’ dishes for the whole table [ almost tapas in style ] .
