Kir Breton’ Dry Brittany cider with

Cassis and Calvados

Souffle au Crab Crab souffle served

with a little pot of bisque

Salade Roscovite Breton artichoke and

cauliflower with shrimp, egg and herbs

Cotriade Breton fish ‘soup-stew’ with monkfish, hake and mussels with leeks and potato; sorrel and cream; heart shaped garlic croute

Galette au fromage Buckwheat pancake with gruyere and ham; ficoide and tomato vinaigrette

Gateau Breton Brittany shortbread cake with strawberries and raspberries steeped in red wine; vanilla cream
