Stepping into Spring with

‘The colour of vegetables’

This will be a set menu of fresh, vibrant

colours, tastes and textures and will be suitable

for most vegetarians….

Thursday 23rd March from around 7-00pm

Pizzette peperonata

Truffle polenta chip; aiolli

Baby leeks in vinaigrette with crunchy herb breadcrumbs

Chargrilled asparagus with Romesco sauce and apple balsamic

Roasted butternut squash with ginger tomatoes; Courgette and feta fritter

Lime- coriander yoghurt

Smoked shropshire quinoa with sticky beetroot and caramelised red onion

Beetroot dressing and goats curd

Chocolate and walnut toffee tart with raspberries
