World Tapas Day June 15th
Spain has designated the third Thursday of June
in 2016 as World Tapas Day !
as an international celebration.
We will, therefore, be celebrating this event over two
evenings, at the restaurant on
Thursday 15th June and
Friday 16th June from around 6-45 pm
So we thought it would be appropriate to focus on
some tasty miniature bite size nibbles and morsels,
in the tapas style with flavoursome dishes not only
Ajo Blanco white gazpacho with almond Forcaccia Puglian olive oil and 8 year old balsamic
Bella Di Cerignola Olives – the largest and juiciest in the world
Suppli telefono risotto ball with mozzarella and pesto
Pistachio ‘Truffle’ with black pudding and prune; soubise sauce
Prosciutto with fig and mint Savigni salame organic Tuscan salami; raw fennel and orange salad
Crostini with smoked mackerel, dill and mascapone; sweet pickled cucumber
Seared prawn with garlic and chilli – bacalao
Hummus sticky beetroot and toasted seeds
Roast lamb rack Smoked quinoa, roast vegetables, marinated barrel aged feta;pomegranate dressing
Picos de Europa La Oveja Negra Manchego Membrillo
a blue cheese and a organic ewes milk cheese with quince paste

11am till 3pm (last food orders at 2pm)
6:30pm till 11.30pm (last food orders at 9pm)
12am till 4.30pm (last food orders at 2.45pm)
