Sole and scallop terrine; fennel salad; ginger and lemon ‘beurre blanc’

Roasted pepper soup with anchovy salsa

Mushroom ‘Arancini’ – fried risotto balls; Gorgonzola, grape and watercress salad

Little croutes of chicken liver parfait, roast wood pigeon and medlar jelly

Devon crab cocktail with ruby grapefruit and avocado

Local dry aged roasted beef strip loin; Béarnaise sauce; our chips and green salad

Spring Field chicken with tagliatelle and tarragon; wild mushrooms, Madeira and cream

Skrei cod; braised Puy lentils with duck confit; gremolata and roast courgettes

Mr Moyden’s Smoked Newport cheese baked  souffle; onion confit; toasted seeds with beetroot and apple salad

Passionfruit  and meringue roulade with orange curd and cream

Baked white chocolate cheesecake with raspberries
