Fragrant hummus with roasted vegetables- sticky beets with toasted seeds & Ticklemore goats cheese-smoked duck salad with figs and watermelon-50day dry aged sirloin & béarnaise-Roquefort,pear,walnut & membrillo salad-gougons of plaice & tartare sauce-Goosnargh chicken thighs with aioli-sorbets of lemon, cassis, rhubarb & passionfruit-ajo blanco, focaccia and garlic bread-poached salmon, dill,creme fraiche and sweet red onion-arancini,Bella Di Cerignola olives,peperonata,serano ham & nectarine-fried potato skins with smoked paprika and feta, pistachio & broaden dip-mini smoked haddock & leek fish pie, arroz negro with prawns & gremolata, gazpacho with bacalao & scallop-terrace plants & our swing sign-mini burger with smoked Northumberland cheese & onion marmalade
