Brandade de morue – puree of our own salt cod with potato,olive oil, garlic

Crudités – Aïoli –raw vegetable salad soft boiled egg garlic mayonaisse

Grilled crevette

For main course

Cassoulet de Toulouse – tonight’s version will include lamb neck, confit of duck leg, Sausages with a little added garlic and pork shoulder; and not forgetting the beans !

A refreshing green salad with herbs, asparagus and baby beets

Cheese

Roquefort Carles served with pear ; date and raisin toast

Dessert

Tarte tatin

Glace à la vanille

A selection of regional wines will be available by the bottle and glass [ 175 / 250ml ]
