Glass of Kir, on arrival

Served with nibbles of

Anchovy and onion confit puff pastry slice

Parfait foies de volailles

Followed by a mixed ‘assiette’ of little delights

Brandade de morue – puree of our own salt cod with potato,olive oil, garlic

Crudités – Aïoli –raw vegetable salad soft boiled eggs garlic mayonaisse olives

Moules grillées –grilled mussels with garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs

For main course

Cassoulet de Toulouse– tonight’s version will include shoulder of lamb, confit of duck leg, Sausages with a little added garlic and a little ‘hand of pork’ and pork belly; and not forgetting the beans !

A little green salad

Cheese

Roquefort served with pear, quince paste and biscuits

Dessert

Crème renversée a l’orange

Creme caramel style pudding with Gariguette strawberries
