Wednesday 25th December

On arrival, a glass of English fizz - Dorset Cremant , Bride Valley

with nibbles of

Arancini with tomato-basil relish - Bella Di Cerignola Olives - Onion and anchovy puff pastry slice

To start with

Oak Smoked haddock and spinach souffle; smoked salmon

White wine cream and chive sauce

Followed by

'Miniature English Salad '

The main event

Traditional roast turkey

Award winning Adlington turkey from Warwickshire

Chipolatas ; Herb and smoked bacon stuffing

Cranberry and Port compote; Turkey gravy ; Bread sauce

Roast rooster potatoes

Brussel sprouts ; 'mashed' swede and carrot

And for pudding

Christmas Pudding

Our individual steamed puddings served with luscious rum custard and marzipan heart

or

Iced Grand Marnier and orange parfait

with white chocolate florentine, raspberries and passion fruit sauce

or

Hazelnut Meringue

chocolate – espresso ganache cream ; kumquat confit

or, may be a plate of some award winning cheese

Served with fruit and biscuits
