Cream of fennel and guinea fowl soup thickened with riso pasta and Grana Padano £6 hot

Roast Huntsham Farm Middle White pork with herb stuffing and Bramley apple sauce ;

Pork-cider gravy .Roast potatoes,glazed carrots and 'greens ' £13 hot

 

Baked goats cheese soufflé with caramelised onion confit; roasted courgettes and pesto

Baked cod loin with ratatouille
