Dong Po glazed pork with, ginger and toasted sesame,; salad of ruby grapefruit and Poole white crabmeat
Leek and gruyere tart; tomato and basil relish
Melon cocktail with passion fruit and orange sorbet
Cream of celery soup with Arlington poached egg and croutons
Smoked mackerel pate with crème fraiche; Severn & Wye smoked salmon; sweet pickled cucumber and dill; toast
Roast dry aged Long horn organic beef sirloin, form Great Berwick with Yorkshire pudding; red wine and shallot sauce .Roast potatoes, glazed carrots with lemon thyme, caramelised red onion and Hispi cabbage
Roast Goosenargh chicken with smoked bacon, parsley and chicken liver stuffing
Roast potatoes, celeriac puree, tender stem and purple broccoli; Sherry vinegar sauce
Cornish cod – steamed loin with chive and prawn butter sauce
Little potatoes cooked with mint; broccoli,samphire and asparagus
A vegtable tagine with ‘ jewelled’ couscous – of date, pomegranate, courgette and rose petal
